- 3-7 Day Delivery Time
- Same-Day Delivery on selected products & Suburbs only, These orders must be placed before 10AM, Orders after this time will follow the next delivery schedule.
- Same-Day Delivery products will be marked in product description as
" Same-Day Delivery"
Remaining items that are part of the check-out cart will have a 3-7 day delivery time.
- Products available to specific Suburbs will be marked in product description as
" Available In **Suburb Only "
- Selecting the correct delivery zone & respective delivery charge
The Delivery Rate card for specific Suburbs listed below is a guide on which Zone to select when checking out. Failure to choose the correct zone at check-out will require the Heart&Cart team to validate and supply the correct zone and respective charge owed by the customer before an order is released.

- If a customer is unable to receive an order and the day, he/she must notify the HeartAndCart team in advance, unable to do so will result in an added delivery charge on items being delivered in next delivery schedule.
Refund Policy
HeartAndCart holds have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at store@heartandcart.online. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Fruit and Veg will only be eligible for a return upon customer requesting a return upon delivery, orders for Fruit & Veg over the amount of R300 will not be eligible for a return. Same applies for all confectionery items, such as bread, milk and baked goods.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in credit for future purchases on the store. Payment times can take up to 7 days from approval date of refund
